    Made appointment month in advance, confirmed appointment day prior, then told 10 mins early arrival for appointment - that it wasn't for another two hours. This was incorrect and corrected immediately then had to wait an additional 30 mins past appointment before attorney arrived. I was charged a full rate for an initial consultation service which lasted about 25 mins with attorney. My thinking is the fee should have been reduced considering the attorney was not retained due to my circumstances for consultation.

    Loved it at first then lost everything in the fire. Didn't get much help and had to live with a friend for a month. Gave me a different place that was dirty and was beneath college kids who were loud. Finally moved to another apartment and thought it would be great but noticed dents in the walls and the paint kept chipping. The hot water heater leaked from upstairs and had to call 3 times to get it fixed. The guy that had to fix the closet patced up where the paint was chipping and when I finally moved I get charged for the carpet to be cleaned that smells like mold from the numerous leakage and the patch from paint chipping. I don't mind paying for somethings like holes because accidents happen but the manager was not very nice since she took over and considering I had to start over from nothing after the fire things could have been better.

    My favorite location. The people in this branch are so friendly and helpful. I am a very regular fixture in the bank, they all know me by name it's very cozy. I love you guys and gals, keep up the excellent service and we will have many years of mutual banking..

    I've been using Brian for over 2 years and for different cases, also have referred different people to him. Real stand up guy, and will do everything he can for you. I recommend giving him a call especially for custody battles.
